The Human Resource Generalist will work with the Director of Human Resources and the Senior Human Resources Generalist on daily HR functions and operations including credentialing verification and support; on-boarding, orientation for the Human Resource (HR) department for All Points North ; including assisting with on-boarding new staff, orientation of new staff, maintaining the Relias training system, education of and enforcing company policies, procedures and practices. This position may also assist with HR tasks in additional areas.
Broad Statement of Responsibilities: The APN psychologist will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological evaluations via clinical interview and appropriate psychometric testing to meet the needs of requests for diagnositic clarification, suggestions for review of psychotropic regimen, and treatment planning (current and discharge). Multiprofessional consultation is required in addition to comprehensive evaluation documentation. The APN psychologist will be responsible for group facilitation and interdisciplinary team collaboration and referent communication. The APN Psychologist carries a caseload on the professionals track and facilitates group therapy.

Education:
This position requires-
· Fully licensed in Colorado, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.; PsyPact License Preferred or willingness to obtain
Experience:
· At least one year of applied practice after completing academic and post-doctoral requirements
· Experience with Adults
· Experience treating SUD
· Proficiency with test selection, administration, and interpretation to meet the needs of a diverse population – emphasis on personality (MCMI, MMPI, PAI) and cognitive (WAIS, WRAT, Halstead-Reitan, WMS) batteries. Projective testing (TAT, Rorschach) experience is preferred, but not required. Additional on-site training to further develop proficiency in selected areas will be considered.
· Residential Treatment and or Partial Hospitalization setting experience is preferred, but not required.
Special Skills & Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable, and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus. It is our job to use our unique skill set to answer that question through careful interviewing, test battery design, and excellent conceptualization and summary that clearly explains the answers to our clients’ questions. We believe that by providing accurate answers and diagnostic conceptualizations, we can guide our clients to treatments that work and lead to improvement in the quality of their lives. Ability to work on a multidisciplinary treatment team and provide group therapy drawing from empirically validated treatment approaches.

Position Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Perform diagnostic interviews, develop assessment protocols, perform evaluations.
· Provide feedback to each client you evaluate.
· Write quality evaluation reports that answer the referral question
• In person and telehealth clinical services at various APN Locations,including the Lodge and the telehealth platform, including individual and group therapy, assessment, psychological evaluation
• Curriculum and program development
• Up to date and accurate progress, incident notes, case management notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries on clients in EMR system.
• Biopsychosocial evaluations, individualized treatment plans, ongoing treatment plan reviews and discharge summaries for clients
• Therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups and families as needed.
• Ongoing and consistent clinical updates to client’s family, referents, and others as appropriate and consistent with Releases of Information (ROIs) provided by individual clients
• Evaluation of the individual and family system as well as assess client’s functioning within work, family and routines of daily living and identify areas needing change, resources and treatment in order to best help each client
• Collaboration with outside professionals as is necessary and appropriate in connection with the treatment of individual clients
• Collaboration with Company’s clinical team, case management team, referent and family for aftercare planning
· Coordinate with clinical administrator of assessment program on an ongoing basis to receive assignments, schedule, and meet the clinical needs of clients and treatment teams.
o Assessment Focus: Diagnostic differentiation, fitness for duty, level of care recommendations
· Cooperation with multidisciplinary treatment and evaluation team
· Psychological report writing and comprehensive evaluation report writing
• Supervision to Company’s staff as appropriate and requested
• Attendance and participation in regular professional team staffings
· Approximately 25% of FTE will be dedicated to provision of psychological assessment, scoring, interpretation of results, and consultation to clients/treatment teams about results
· Approximately 75% of FTE will be dedicated to provision of group psychotherapy services, including treatment planning, documentation, and discharge planning. Additionally, this includes occasional on-call availability for crisis management.
· At least one year of applied practice after completing academic and post-doctoral requirements
· Experience providing services to Adults
· Telehealth individual and group therapy and assessments
· Proficiency with test selection, administration, and interpretation to meet the needs of a diverse population – emphasis on personality (MCMI, MMPI, PAI) and cognitive (WAIS, WRAT, Halstead-Reitan, WMS) batteries.
· Good writing and time management skills
· Willingness to work within a residential treatment and partial hospitalization (MH/SUD) setting.
· Coordinate with clinical administrator of assessment program on an ongoing basis to receive assignments, schedule, and meet the clinical needs of clients and treatment teams.
· • Up to date and accurate progress, incident notes, case management notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries on clients in EMR system.
