Broad Statement of Responsibilities:  The Hybrid Therapist- Professionals Program – Naples at All Points North is responsible for providing the highest levels of Addiction and Mental Health treatment services in a telehealth treatment facility. Telehealth therapists are responsible for provide individual and group therapy services to clients. The Telehealth Therapist- Professionals Program works as a part of an interdisciplinary team helping to develop individualize treatment plans for each patient, facilitating its focus, goals and execution. The position covers outpatient and intensive outpatient caseloads in a telehealth setting. Specifically, a program for licensed and executive professionals with a focused treatment on the unique needs of safety-sensitive occupations.

Education: This position requires PsyD or PhD in Psychology and licensure in the state of Colorado and a PSYPACT License
Experience:
This position requires a minimum of two (2) years post doctorate practice experience as a PsyD or PhD Psychologist
This position requires experience working with SUD
Strong preference for candidates familiar with treating clients whom are employed in safety-sensitive occupations
Experience treating Adults
Proficiency with test selection, administration, and interpretation to meet the needs of a diverse population- emphasis on personality and cognitive batteries.
Special Skills & Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable, and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus.

  • Routine mobility to include standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking and running. 
  • Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer work station

Essential Requirements:

Position Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Clinician will update referral sources with relevant clinical information. 
  • Assist with collateral calls to referents, family members, friends, providers and workplace entities 
  • Participate in treatment team staffing and trainings
  • If indicated, conduct psychological evaluations and testing via telehealth. 
  • Collaborate with the professional’s team providing updates as necessary.
  • Participation in meetings with supervisor.
  • Collaborate with professionals team.
  • Create and modify content and curriculum for groups.
  • Carry outpatient and intensive outpatient caseload and services to clients
  • Facilitate group therapy and individual therapy and couples/family therapy.
  • Documentation in EMR, including progress notes, treatment planning, case management notes, discharge summaries, biopsychosocial assessments
  • Create return to work recommendations and evaluate fitness for duty for professional clients.
  • Perform diagnostic interviews, develop assessment protocols, perform evaluations.
  • Provide feedback to each client you evaluate. 
  • Write quality evaluation reports that answer the referral question 
  • Provision of psychological assessment, scoring, interpretation of results, and consultation to clients/treatment teams about results 
  • Provision of individual and group psychotherapy services, including treatment planning, documentation, and discharge planning.
  • Experience providing services to Adults 
  • Proficiency with test selection, administration, and interpretation to meet the needs of a diverse population – emphasis on personality (MCMI, MMPI, PAI) and cognitive (WAIS, WRAT, WMS) batteries.
  • Good writing and time management skills 
  • Willingness to work within an intensive outpatient, outpatient and telehealth (MH/SUD) setting. 
  • Coordinate with clinical administrator of assessment program on an ongoing basis to receive assignments, schedule, and meet the clinical needs of clients and treatment teams. 
  • Assessment Focus: Differential Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, Fitness for Duty

Salary range: $100,000-$140,000/year
