All Paws Retreat is looking for a Groomer! We’re a group of dog-crazy individuals looking for someone with a passion for pets to join our Salon team!
*Must have at least 1 year of Dog Grooming experience. Cat Grooming a big plus!
Job Title: Professional Pet Groomer
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay Type: Percentage Based Commission Tips (amount varies based on workload and experience)

Interested parties need to have reliable transportation and method of communication.
Salon hours range from 8am - 7pm on weekdays, 8am - 5pm on Saturday, and 8am - 3pm on Sunday. Groomers able to provide weekend and evening shifts are in high demand at this time. Interested applicants should have availability for at least one weekend day per week, either Saturday or Sunday. Your flexibility and willingness to help the team manage our daily scheduling needs will be key to your success.
Must be at least moderately computer literate and able to read, write and type.
We want someone who takes pride in what they do and understands that the animal’s safety and well-being always comes first. Passion for this field is a requirement.
**Groomer must provide their own professional grooming tools (Shears, Clippers, Blades, Dremel), but we will provide some communal tools (brushes, nail clippers, products, table, dryer, loops, leads, groomers helper, muzzles etc.)
***Uniforms are not mandatory, but proper dress code is enforced. Company T-shirts and hoodies will be provided for you to wear if you choose. Grooming smocks or aprons will be required if you’re not wearing a company logo. Work appropriate bottoms and shoes. You can dress fun and comfortable as long as you’re professionally representing yourself and Our Brand.
