We are looking for experienced CREW LEADS/ DRIVERS to relocate our residential and commercial customers, this includes the loading, transporting, delivery, and disassembly/reassembly of these items while maintaining our company standards and practices. This position requires stamina, strength and patience to consistently be moving at a brisk pace, along with a willingness to learn and work as a team so we are always going ALL OUT! What You’ll Do

Your #1 goal is to delight our clients by providing the most positive moving experience possible. Movers, safely and carefully load and unload customers’ belongings and maintain an open line of communication with one another, our office staff but most importantly you are the main point of contact for the customer throughout the move. Our streamlined procedures and systems make this easy and as a Crew Lead it’s your responsibility to follow your Managers directions, uphold our training provided and to always represent ALL OUT Moving and Storage to our standards when working.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, Must have a Good MVR (No DUIs, Reckless, Major Accidents) for the last 5 years
• Excellent customer service skills along with interpersonal skills
• Must have your own reliable means of transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass Physical Test, have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. / 500 lbs. per hour.
• Be willing to submit a pre-employment Background Check
• Have good time management & organizational skills
• Be able to lead by example as well as take instruction- laziness is simply not tolerated nor is it fair to your team.
• 2 years in the moving industry preferred, RESIDENTIAL MOVING EXPERENCE IS REQUIRED
• Ability to work weekends

Competitive pay

Base wage of $17.00/hour with a potential of up to $22.00/hour!

• Based on quality of work and behavior: $0.50 raise after first 30 days of employment.
