Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team for weekday evening and Saturday morning classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Ballroom, Hip Hop, and Acro. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles to students of all ages and skill levels. This is a paid position, and we offer opportunities for career growth and development.

Duties:
- Plan and conduct engaging age appropriate dance classes, ensuring a safe, family friendly, educational and enjoyable environment.
- Teach proper dance technique in the specific genre for each class.
- Choreograph routines for performances.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating recitals, showcases, and other dance events.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to create a cohesive dance program
- Stay updated on current trends in the dance industry and incorporate new styles into classes.

Skills:
- Strong background in dance, with expertise in one or multiple styles.
- Experience working with and instructing students of all ages, from young children to adults.
- Ability to develop age-appropriate curriculum that is both fun and educational.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively teach and motivate students.
- Creativity in choreographing routines that showcase students' abilities.
- Patience and understanding to work with students of varying skill levels.
- Knowledge of special education techniques for students with disabilities is a plus.
