**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager to oversee our parts department and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, demand planning, automotive service, negotiation, AS400, procurement management, data entry, supply chain, logistics, and supply chain management. **Responsibilities:** - Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of parts for service technicians and customers - Develop and implement strategies for efficient parts management - Coordinate with vendors to procure parts at competitive prices - Oversee shipping and receiving processes - Monitor parts sales and analyze trends to optimize inventory levels - Train and supervise parts department staff **Requirements:** - Proven experience in parts management within the HVAC or automotive industry - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with vendors - Proficiency in AS400 or similar inventory management software - Knowledge of procurement management and supply chain logistics - Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate inventory records - Strong organizational and leadership abilities Join our team as a Parts Manager to contribute your expertise in parts management and drive the success of our operations.
