We're looking for a Business Developer based in mid-Missouri to join our team. The right person is passionate about sales in the property service industry and will grow our business by cold calling, contacting prospects, and working with existing customers to sell a variety of outdoor solutions offered by All-n-One. This position will be focused on achieving company growth and profitability goals. In addition, this person will be responsible for ensuring that leads are rendered timely, initiating follow-up calls, promptly delivering quotes, securing signed contracts, and attending community events and business development opportunities on behalf of the company.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Organize and facilitate area blitz campaigns which may include evening or weekend work
  • Represent All n One with pride at various trade and home shows and organization and association events for the purpose of building relationships that lead to new business, team members, and enhances our public image
  • Maintain leads, follow ups, quotes and sold bids (wins) in the company sales tracking system
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management and staff
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Review and analyze data to set upcoming year's goals and sales-focus
  • Work to become knowledgeable in all aspects of the business services provided by All n One, now or in the future
  • Work independently and in a team to meet deadlines as required

  • You have an outgoing personality who enjoys being proactive in selling rather than reactive to organic leads
  • Your skillset includes territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, self-confidence and presentation skills
  • You're a team player who is willing to work collaboratively to accomplish mutually developed team goals
  • You take a personalized, tailored approach to all clients
  • You manage time well with the ability to handle complex accounts
  • You possess proven problem-solving skills
  • You Exhibit keen communication and people skills
  • You are a highly motivated individual who will boost sales leads in the target area (Mid-Missouri)
  • You display strong customer service skills
  • You're based in Mid Missouri and are familiar with the Jefferson City and Columbia areas
  • You're within commuting distance to our office in Jefferson City, MO
  • You hold a valid driver's license
