**Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and nurturing young minds, fostering their growth and development in a supportive learning environment.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Pre-kindergarten curriculum
- Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning atmosphere
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing additional support as needed
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school administration to support student success
- Incorporate physical education, literacy education, and special education strategies into daily lessons
- Foster social-emotional development through behavior management and child welfare practices
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- State teaching certification/license
- Proven experience working with young children, particularly in early childhood settings
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to Pre-kindergarten students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
