All Lines Technology has an immediate opening for an Infratructure Solution Architect in Cranberry! The Infrastructure Solution is a strategic, customer-facing member of the growing team at All Lines Technology (ALT). They are a consultative partner for our large enterprise customers, focusing on understanding their goals and strategies and mapping solutions to business outcomes. The Infrastructure Solution will have a deep understanding of the solutions and capabilities represented within ALT’s ‘AllSuite’ Solution – AllManage, AllSecure, AllCloud, AllBuild, and AllDevice as well as expertise within modern datacenter architecture.
 
The Infrastructure Solution Architect is responsible for developing cross-functional strategies and solutions bringing together technical expertise, real-world experience, strong engagement skills and an inspirational mindset to help our customers solve their business challenges. 
 
The Infrastructure Solution Architect will report directly to the CTO of All Lines Technology. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Demonstrates leadership to ensure that ALT’s recommended solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer expectations, and meet business objectives 
• Engage with multiple layers of contacts within an organization to gain insights into the client’s environment 
• Translates the clients’ business and technical objectives into solutions 
• Act as liaison between client stakeholders and ALT subject matter experts 
• Position ALT services and drive the development of supporting documentation 
• Accountable to manage opportunities and engage specialty resources to drive multi-faceted solution development 
• Focused on delivering a world class customer experience 
• Participate in account planning and execution 
• Ongoing training and learning to understand and position ALT service offerings 

 
Qualifications 
 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
• 7 years client-facing experience working on one or more complex data center, cloud, security, network infrastructure solutions 
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts desired 
• Conceptual understanding around Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, High Availability Solutions, and Virtualization technologies 

• Expertise in mainstream technologies including HPE, Aruba, Fortinet, Veeam, Cohesity, and Azure 
• Experience with Public and Private Cloud Solutions 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Technology Certifications 

• HPE (current Compute, Storge, or Hybrid MASE) is preferred / will be required post hire 
• Microsoft (current AZ-305) is a plus / will be required post hire 
• VMware (current Data Center Virtualization or Cloud Management and Automation VCP) is a plus 
• Veeam (current VMCE or VMCE-A) is a plus
• Experience with Lenovo, Dell, VAST Data, Pure, Nutanix is preferred
