Job Description

• Technical support for Syndigo RiverSand (Product Information Management) platforms and Java applications.
• Long term fixes for recurring issues, raising change requests and coordination with CAB for releases.
• Timely communication with Walmart stakeholders specially product owner and leads Weekly Status reports.
• Work with Syndigo team in reporting and getting resolution of product issues.
• Documenting configuration changes and maintaining version control including Supporting pre & post release activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syndigo including integrations, Java application functionality, and system performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Analyze system logs and monitoring tools to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
