ETL Informatica Developer/Administrator

Strong ETL development skills in Informatica Power Center and Data Quality Strong SQL Experience with Oracle Databases Experience with the Healthcare business domain Experience working with Texas Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) data and Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS). Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle

Job Description

• Experience with using and administering Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog and Axon
• Experience Developing ETL with informatica Power Center and Informatica Data Quality
• Experience with Oracle DDL and DML
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Experience with security and data quality metadata
• Skill in communicating effectively - orally and in writing
• Ability to assess and utilize metadata information
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment

Required/Preferred Experience

• 10 Required Enterprise data analytics, integration, and management, working with data warehouse and data governance technologies
• 5 Preferred Informatica administration experience including installation, configuration, upgrades, problem handling, and business continuity support
• 5 Preferred Proven ability to implement data integration best practices and conventions
• 5 Preferred Understanding of IT data security
• 5 Preferred Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• 5 Preferred Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional, collaborative teams
• 4 Preferred Scripting knowledge (Java, Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, SQL)
• 4 Preferred Hands on experience configuring EDC and Axon, including but not limited to business glossaries, dashboards, policies, search, process maps, and advanced scanners
• 3 Preferred Experience creating scripts to automate system administration tasks, schedules, and deployment activities
• 3 Preferred Knowledge of source-to-target data lineage mapping and automated harvest methods
• 2 Preferred Experience administering Informatica Axon or similar data governance portal solutions
• 2 Preferred Experience administering Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog or similar automated metadata harvest and enrichment solutions
• 2 Preferred Experience administering Informatica Data Quality or similar data profiling, cleansing, scorecard, and identity resolution solutions
• 2 Preferred Linux administration experience
• 2 Preferred Proficiency in reading data payloads in JSON and XML format
• 1 Preferred Informatica vendor certification on EDC, Axon, and/or IDQ administration within the past 3 years
• 1 Preferred Understanding of DAMA DMBOK data management framework
• 1 Preferred Experienced in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methods of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
• 1 Preferred Knowledge of cloud infrastructure solutions (Azure, AWS, OCI)
• 1 Preferred Experience with Git version control system
• 1 Preferred Experience with large-scale data Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments
• 1 Preferred Informatica Master Data Management experience
• 1 Preferred Informatica PowerCenter experience (mappings, workflows)
• 1 Preferred Informatica Data Quality ETL experience (mappings, workflows)
