The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Sales Associate & Licensed Esthetician. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about holistic health, beauty, and delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing spa operations, and ensuring our clients receive an unparalleled wellness experience. We seek candidates who are coachable, self-disciplined, friendly, and enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, managing all aspects of their spa experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including phone handling, appointment scheduling, and processing sales transactions.
• Promote and sell Wellness Membership Programs, Gift Certificates, and retail products, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
• Educate guests about the health and wellness, skin care benefits of our treatments.
• Uphold a professional and immaculate spa environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Meevo 2 or similar Spa POS systems is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service and retail sales, with a history of working on commission.
• Strong background in wellness, beauty, and skincare, massage, spa , fitness . nurition.
• Esthetician & Massage Studying /schooling is a plus
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in massage, spa, fitness, hospitality, or related retail service or hotel front desk is advantageous.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evening shift , weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $18 - $20, dependent on experience and performance. plus
• Attractive commission and bonus opportunities.
• Training period pay: $12/hour , plus commission and bonuses.
