Job Title: Spa Sales Associate and Wellness Coordinator
Location: All Is Well Holistic Spa, Katy/Houston, TX
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $15 - $20 per hour, based on performance.
- Commission: Highly competitive sales commission and bonuses.
- Training Pay: $12 per hour during training, plus commission and bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service and manage all aspects of the guest experience.
- Schedule appointments, present, and sell Wellness Membership Programs, Gift Certificates, and retail products.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to team targets.
- Uphold a professional, clean work environment and maintain team relationships.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Meevo 2 Spa POS. or similar spa/salon POS
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service and sales with commission.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong wellness and skincare knowledge.
- Personal experience with professional massage & facial & fully understand the benefit of them
- Licensed Esthetician in Texas (preferred).
