Join our team at All Is Well Holistic Spa in Katy, TX, where we're seeking a bilingual Spa Coordinator/sales Associate with experience in the Spa and Massage Industry. Fluency in either Chinese Mandarin /English or Spanish/English is preferred. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance.
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
• Positive, energetic attitude and team player.
• Proficiency in computer knowledge, Internet, and MEEVO SPA POS is a must.
• Canva Graphic Design is a plus
• Advanced social media marketing skills are a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
