Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial painting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Description of Duties :

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.

Select and mix paint colors to match client preferences.

Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

Ensure even application and smooth finish, paying attention to detail.

Protect surrounding areas from paint drips and spills.

Repair and patch surfaces as needed.

Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills & Requirements :

Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio demonstrating past projects.

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Reliable transportation.

Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Compensation : Bi-weekly Pay
