Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at a local auto body shop. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.
- Schedule appointments and provide accurate information regarding services and pricing.
- Coordinate with the auto body technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
