POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you must have the skills necessary to communicate with others, work with leadership teams, solve problems, demonstrate patience and understanding, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints and concerns.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and
• interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process services on customer accounts, and file
• documents timely
• Schedule and/or cancel services
• Upsell
• Make outbound collection calls
• Adhere to the work schedule

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of previous call center experience required
• Collections experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Ability to communicate well, using excellent verbal and written communication

skills

• Strong phone communication soft skills and active listening
• High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic

devices or applications for effective communication/information sharing

• Ability to work under pressure and handle irate customers while maintaining good

composure

• Bilingual a plus
• Salesforce experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to type at least 60 wpm, proficient in 10-key, and able to use the

phone system

• GED or High School Diploma required

COMPENSATION
