All Fleet Inc is one of the Nation’s leaders in emergency roadside assistance and fleet maintenance solutions. We provide maintenance programs tailored to fit each clients’ individual needs.
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Processing Weekly Payroll
- Ensure daily activity is recorded properly: Cash Deposits, Line of Credit Payments, Loan Receipts
- Responsible for journal entries and account reconciliations to complete Month End close
- Maintaining Fixed Asset Registers
- Perform other related duties and participate in various projects as assigned
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using remaining Office 365 applications
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Accounting or audit designation e.g. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop & Online.
- Strong understanding of multi-state tax laws. (IL, WI, IN, TN, WA, CA)
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required to be considered for higher salary.
