Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to new and existing customers. Duties: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients - Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to maximize profitability - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors Requirements: - Proven experience in outside sales or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications - Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales (preferred but not required) - Exceptional negotiation skills - Customer service-oriented mindset We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as opportunities for career growth within our organization.
