Position Summary: To assist the installation crew on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Driver's license with clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles
• HVAC experience is preferred but not required
• Strong desire to learn the HVAC installation profession
• HVAC schooling is preferred
• EPA certification is a plus
• An awesome attitude and team spirit!
• Ability to follow the company processes and procedures
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
