All Care is Hiring a Scheduler Near Morristown, TN
AllCare, LLC is seeking a scheduler to join our team.
We are a non-medical home health agency servicing the following East Tn Counties:
- Hamblen
- Jefferson
- Grainger
- Hawkins
- Hancock
- Claiborne
Some of the duties of this position are:
- Scheduling Staff / Making Employee Schedules / Finding replacements for open shifts as required
- Answering Office Phone
- Watch / Maintain EVV Systems
- Watch and Maintaining all Faxes/Emails
- Hiring Employees / Completing Employee Files
- Maintain Log of Absences/Time off request
- Filing
- Completing Schedule Deviations
- Contacting Applicants / Taking Applications / Conducting Interviews
- Ensuring employees are clocking in/out and staying in compliance
- Every other week & every other week-end maintaining the after-hour phone for on-call emergent issues. Resolving any scheduling issues that arise.
