We got you covered!What you do:Follow the plan of care by Physical Therapist and provide treatment to patientsInterprets evaluation findings to provide care and safety relating to dysfunctionProvides treatment based on the goals and follows through with treatment to achieve established goalsProvides advice and education to patients and familyRegularly assesses clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the progress of the patient towards goals, the need for modifying plans and treatmentProvides discharge planning for patients from physical therapy and communicates when the patient has received maximum benefit from occupational therapyProvides accurate, timely documentation of physical therapy patient management and demonstrates progress toward meeting the criteria for professional practiceWe set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level.
