All Care Therapies is Hiring a Client Service Representative II Near Cerritos, CA

All Care Therapies is one of the leading providers of Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in Southern California. We place an emphasis on attracting passionate healthcare professionals who share a philosophy of providing quality patient care in an inviting, caring, and collaborative team environment.

We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure clients are satisfied with our services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and chat support channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Assist clients with setting up new accounts and services
  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and address any concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a call center type setting
  • Conduct Introductory calls to clients/family to confirm information is correct, provide overview of services, assist with technical set up/testing and deliver this with excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple work queues with various work types
  • Ability to check Eligibility and create patient charts
  • Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to address client inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Special Projects as needed and assigned

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in ***Spanish***
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ G- Suites and experience with customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude
  • Prior experience as Intake preferred
  • Prior experience in the telehealth industry preferred
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions: On Site-Cerritos

Travel Requirement: Full commute - No remote

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, or 10:00am- 7:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
