All Care Therapies of Georgetown is currently seeking to hire a Healthcare Administrator to assist with client care and management. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting patients, answering phone calls, taking patient payments, scheduling patients, managing patient authorizations, contacting and coordinating with physician's offices and insurance companies for required documentation, and patient and insurance collections. Hours and schedule are flexible within the hours of when the clinic is opened (8-6, Mon-Fri) and employees are allotted hours each week to work from home after their probationary training period. Medical, dental and IRA available if employee works more than 30 hours a week. Experience with insurance companies and medical AR preferred but not required.
