Sales experience in the restoration and remediation industry

As a Territory Sales Representative, you are a key team member promoting our business and brand. You are responsible for proactively generating sales and cultivating customer relationships.

Create a relationship and promote our commercial and residential services to Housing Authority, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters/ Agents, Plumbing Companies, Home Inspector’s, etc. so that they will recommend our company to their clients, and within their own networks.

Identify and develop great rapport with new and existing referral sources

Network at functions and any other associations you are able to join.

Maintaining customer data, sales activity and forecasts in our CRM system.

Develop sales strategies and help develop sales presentation materials.

Confidently promote our company and brand through face-to-face meetings

Represent our company at industry trade shows and promotional events

Provide excellent customer service and be able to communicate effectively with customers

Pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services and stay current with market trends.

Requirements:

2 years of previous experience working in a sales/estimator role

Computer skills, including internet knowledge and working Outlook, and other database applications - Dash software knowledge and Luxor CRM a huge plus. Xactimate knowledge a must.

Industry knowledge or the ability to seek knowledge if new to the industry (is a bonus) we will train

Proven, successful sales/estimating track record

Ability to maintain a quality and service oriented attitude

Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative
