Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Vehicle Insurance/Registration
• CPR/ First Aid Certification (Required)
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• CPI (Non crisis prevention Intervention
• Physical
• Live scan
• Social Security Card
• DMV Print out

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

Personal Attendants reports directly to the SLS Supervisor/Director and is responsible for the daily care of adults with intellectual disabilities. Duties of a personal attendant include:

• Supervising
• Setting up for self admin of medication, meals, and snacks
• Communicating with previous staff regarding prior shift
• Organizing and participating in activities in home and in the community
• Cleaning duties including but not limited to room checks, sweep, mop, kitchen duties
• Keeping record of consumer daily schedule

• Personal protective equipment provided or required
• Temperature screenings
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
