Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections Specialist at All American Medical. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to debt collection, cash collection, customer service, and finance. This role is primarily located in Covington, LA, but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in medical debt collection and cash collection
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of finance principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the healtcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
