We pay our entry-level Production Workers / Shipyard Laborers a competitive wage of $18-$20 / hour . ABOUT ALL AMERICAN MARINE

All American Marine began operations over 30 years ago by specializing in building aluminum fishing vessels used from California to Alaska.

With the decline of the commercial fishing industry in the 1990s, we adapted to a changing marketplace and set the standard for aluminum vessel manufacturing.

We build energy-efficient, high-speed, large custom vessels used for a variety of purposes including whale watching, research boats, patrol boats, and passenger-only ferries.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION WORKER / SHIPYARD LABORER

As a Production Worker / Shipyard Laborer, you will enjoy being part of a team that builds award-winning passenger ferries and research vessels.

During boat construction and under the direction of our Craft Supervisors, you will participate in the manufacturing of large boats.

Your responsibilities, whether working alone or alongside others, will support the greater team's success as a whole!

You can expect to work hard to keep the boat and work areas clean, organized, and clear of debris and clutter. You will grow to love performing a wide range of duties throughout your day and never fail to keep quality and safety in mind.

Every day will be an adventure because no two days are the same in this exciting, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
