Must have hands-on experience in geriatric nursing and/or long term care, specializing in Memory Care for senior citizens. Candidates must possess the proven leadership, decision-making and communication skills to carry out the goals, policies and procedures of the Community. Prior experience in Memory Care, an Assisted Living, Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing facility is highly desired and necessary.

This is a hands-on team oriented position, reporting directly to the Executive Director and Director of Nursing.
