Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Armed Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
- Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Monitor for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Regularly patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred
- Must possess a valid armed guard license
- Proficient in conflict management and surveillance techniques
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and loss prevention procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems for monitoring purposes
- Ability to handle firearms safely and responsibly
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or related fields
- Experience with CCTV monitoring systems
- Background in loss prevention strategies
- Military experience or training in militarized environments
