Job Description:
Pinnacle Positions, a leader in the healthcare industry, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Processing Technicians for the Musculoskeletal division. This role involves working in sterile processing rooms, handling bones and tissues within a clean room environment. Successful candidates will be comfortable with full personal protective equipment (PPE) and will have the opportunity to undergo training on aseptic processing.
Responsibilities:
- Process bones and tissues in sterile processing rooms.
- Adhere to strict clean room protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Learn and perform normal Processing Technician (PTT) tasks during training.
- Opportunity to specialize in aseptic processing after completing initial training.
- Must be willing to work the B Shift from 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.
- Collaborate with team members and occasionally work independently.
Qualifications:
- Biology degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in specimen processing, lab technology, or phlebotomy is advantageous.
- Steady hands for fine tools and comfort with handling biological materials.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, go-getter attitude.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented culture.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must be willing to work in a clean room environment for the entire shift.
- Open to entry-level candidates
- Quick turnaround for interviews, offers, and feedback.
- Shift training until the end of January on Monday – Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
