The role of a Lead Infant Teacher is both a profound responsibility and a unique privilege, as it involves shaping the foundational stages of a child's development. These early years are critical, as they lay the groundwork for the child's intellectual, social, and emotional growth. A Lead Infant Teacher's duties extend beyond mere caregiving; they encompass nurturing a safe and stimulating environment where infants can explore and learn. Engaging infants in activities that promote cognitive and sensory development, such as reading stories, playing with age-appropriate toys, and encouraging interaction with their environment, are key responsibilities. Furthermore, consistent communication with parents to ensure a cohesive approach to the child's development is vital. By fostering a nurturing and educational atmosphere, a Lead Infant Teacher not only aids in the infant's present development but also plays a crucial role in impacting their lifelong learning journey and well-being.

Details you might want to know:

Full Time, EC certifications will need to be completed, Starts in April 2024, Pay starts at $15/hr, 10 hour-4 day/week shift 7am to 5pm with one day off a week. This will be further discussed during an in-person interview.
