Job Summary:
All About Caring Home Care, LLC. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensuring their overall well-being. - 21-year-old male

- Family is involved and there if help is needed

- Must be able to provide companionship and daily living skills

- Client has epilepsy, G-tube and port (which is cared for by family)

- Prefer PCA with experience (1 - 2 years)

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with medication reminders

- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor client's physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Skills:
- Previous experience in personal care, home care, or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living principles and practices
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to established protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
