All About Caring Home Care, LLC. is looking to hire a Front Desk Coordinator to join our professional, fun and hard-working team!

Job Summary:
AAC is seeking an individual who is willing to be the face of the organization. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, customer service excellence, organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This position is a full-time and Monday through Friday.

Salary: $17.00/hour

Duties:

- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

- Oversee and ensure contracts and assessments are completed by the deadline

- Monitoring Client Eligibility for insurance

- Manage the company website

- Assist other departments as needed with tasks

- Responsible for General IT

Skills:

- Proficient in data entry tasks with high attention to detail

- Phone Experience

- Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Adobe, Google, Using PDFs, and creating fillable forms

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
