All-4-One Home Healthcare Services, Inc. is a CHAP accredited agency located in Virginia Beach, VA. We are currently hiring an experienced Full Time or Part Time Registered Nurse for our Home Health patients.

The RN will provides services requiring specialized nursing care services in accordance with physician Plan of Care. makes the initial evaluation visit to the client.

· The RN will conduct the initial admission/evaluation visit to the client and develop the plan of care services to be provided by the RN or LPN during the routine service visits.

· The RN will reevaluate the nursing needs of the client. Will develop, implement and makes necessary revisions to the client’s plan of care.

· The RN will review and develop necessary diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate.

· The RN will supervise the LPN services provided for patient care.

· Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with some On-Call rotation

Qualified Candidates:

· Must be currently licensed as a RN in the state of VA

· Minimum of one year nursing experience required.

· Home Health experience strongly preferred.

· Valid Driver's License required
