@LifeatALKU as a Personnel Security Administrator:

The primary focus of the Personnel Security Administrator is to provide security clearance processing, administrative and urgent responsive support to our clients. The Personnel Security Administrator will be responsible for various tasks that will help facilitate the efficient approval and management of the ALKU Employees’ clearances as well as our clients’ security contractual requirements on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily clearance checks and maintain meticulous records
  • Work with both the recruiters and program managers to ensure prompt and efficient clearance crossover for each new field employee hire
  • Sending out, receiving, and maintaining briefings/training certs
  • Following up with clients to get status updates
  • Provide weekly detailed status updates on all pending clearance approvals
  • Maintain extensive lists of sensitive information on all cleared employees
  • Protect and securely transfer large amounts of PII for all field employees
  • Storing security prescreen forms, passports, personal contact information
  • Sending encrypted forms to clients that are required to get people started
  • Initiate periodic reinvestigations for all cleared employees once their clearance ages out
  • Comply with all government regulations and maintain the company’s facility clearance
  • Working with Personnel Services Team and Recruiters for strategic communication and onboarding for external employees

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DC

** A candidate for this position must be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The candidate will need to have a clean background to include no felonies and no recent drug use. (Going back 7 years, not to precede their 18th birthday.) This job has access to very sensitive information and discretion is of the utmost importance **
