Job Title: Financial Compliance and Reporting Manager

Position Overview: The Financial Compliance and Reporting Manager will assist in ensuring compliant, complete, accurate and timely SEC and other filings. This individual will participate in streamlining and improving the quality and timeliness of the financial reporting and internal financial controls processes. This individual will work cross functionally with various departments (i.e. finance, investor relations, legal and human resources) to achieve these goals.
