Job Responsibilities:

This is a dual role position that will be part production and part equipment maintenance.

During the operator role you will be required to operation production equipment including mixers and bagging equipment, handling finished products, and splitting down raw materials for the production mixers.

During the maintenance role you will repair equipment, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Good hands-on experience with repairing and understanding mechanical, pneumatic and electrical equipment.
• Prefer industrial Production or construction experience.
• Ability to lift and move heavy bags.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment - cranes and forklifts.
• Good organization skills and ability to follow work instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work flexible hours or weekends if required.

Shift: 1st shift 8am-4:30pm
