**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in account reconciliation, data entry, and working with accounting software. This position offers the opportunity to work with financial concepts and gain exposure to various accounting functions.

**Duties:**

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

- Assist with payroll processing and human resources tasks

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

- Generate reports related to financial activities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with SOX regulations

- Utilize accounting software such as Workday, Kronos, and ADP for daily tasks

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or related field

- Proficiency in data entry and financial concepts

- Familiarity with accounting software systems like Quickbooks

- Knowledge of SOX compliance standards

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
