Align Family Chiropractic is Hiring a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant Near Livonia, MI

We’re hiring! But this is not a J-O-B.

We exist so that people can experience true health! We love what we get to do. It’s not a job. It is our mission and purpose. We work really hard, have fun, educate, encourage, and celebrate life-change with the people and families we help.

A Little About Us:

Align Family Chiropractic is a MaxLiving Health Center. Led by Dr. Mitch Carpenter and Ashton Carpenter, we have been serving the Greater Livonia Area for over 3 years. As a part of the MaxLiving organization, our office joins forces with 300 other offices across North America that are committed to improving the health of people through the 5 Essentials: core chiropractic, nutrition, mindset, oxygen & exercise, and minimizing toxins.

Team Values:

1. Hungry – We are lifelong learners that are hungry to grow and get better in our careers and personal lives. Healthy things grow, so we don’t get complacent.

2. Humble – Being humble means being coachable and able to take constructive criticism to get better without taking things personally. You become great in life by being humble enough to learn from others. We are confident in who we are and what we do, but we don’t think of ourselves higher than we ought.

3. Hard Working – We work hard. We don’t sit around and waste time. We get stuff done. We have lives to save and people to help. Our purpose is too important to be lazy. We get a lot done in a short amount of time. This doesn’t mean working long hours and long days all the time. It means being focused, prepared, efficient, and effective in the time that we are working. If this bothers you at all, then this will not be the place for you.

Core Values:

1. Our Environment Makes the Difference – This is not by accident. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, uplifting and healing environment when people walk through our doors. We smile. We are enthusiastic and passionate about people and what we get to do. We know every patient by name. God’s healing presence is active in our office oftentimes before the adjustment occurs!

2. We Get to the Cause – We don’t treat or mask symptoms. We find the root cause of the problem and correct it. This goes not only for our health, but all areas of life!

3. We Believe God Can Heal and He Gave Us the Tools To Do It – We honor God as the ultimate healer. We know that He can do the supernatural. But most of the time He heals us through the natural laws that He has given us to follow like the 5 essentials: core chiropractic, nutrition, mindset, oxygen & exercise, and minimizing toxins. We get to be a part of the healing miracles by living and teaching these tools. How awesome is that?!

4. We Love Each Other – Our team and our patients are like family. We encourage each other and lift each other up when we need it. But we also challenge and correct each other when we need that, too. Love isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it. Sometimes it’s tough love and sometimes it’s a little messy. But that’s ok. You stick it out because it is the most fulfilling. Without love, you have nothing.

5. We Help Others – We do more than take care of ourselves. We reach out and help our patients, our families, and others to reach THEIR full God-given potential in health and in life.
