Are you a seasoned DevOps enthusiast looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? Look no further!

We're on the lookout for a dynamic DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in revolutionizing our development and deployment processes.

What You'll Do:

• Work and communicate cross-functionally to help design and deliver highly efficient and reliable development and deployment process across the Data Solutions organization.
• Lead the engineering through development of patterns and practices for CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub, GitHub Actions across a broad variety of technologies with deployment targets in AWS.
• Automating, building, deploying, managing, and releasing of code from one environment to other environment and tightly maintaining Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment, and configuration management in multiple environments.
• Lead a team of full time and contract-based engineers to grow an engineering culture founded on organization and performance-based delivery.
• Prioritize effectiveness and efficiency in all aspect of our engineering lifecycle.
• Embrace and continue to grow along with the Alight data solutions organization with goals to integrate modern ML technologies into our engineering development and deployment technology stack.

What You'll Need:

• 5 years of CI/CD, DevOps experience
• 5 years of development with AWS services and related deployment strategies
• Experience in GIT-based source code management systems (github) and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices (GitHub Actions)
• Experience in specifying Infrastructure as a code (Terraform)
• Experience in Python, Shell scripting.
• Experience in data storage technologies (Object, structured, and unstructured).
• Experience in Linux based operating systems.
• Experience in automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (AWS RDS)
• Good understanding of networking concepts SSO, PING
• Experience in Integration Services (Informatica Cloud, Airflow) is a plus.
• Experience in cloud-based machine learning platforms (AWS Sagemaker) is a plus.
• Experience in Data warehousing solutions (AWS Redshift) is a plus.
• Experience in agile development processes and DevOps methodology / principals.
• Experience in working within compliance (e.g.: quality, regulatory - data privacy, SOC) and cybersecurity requirements is a plus.
