The Product & Technology organization of Alight Solutions is responsible for the life cycle planning of business applications through the phases of strategizing, architecting, selecting, deploying, operating, evolving, and retiring. The Platform Product Leader is an experienced product leader with a track record of leading platform strategy and partnering with design engineering leaders within the product development lifecycle. This leader has demonstrated success with high-growth platform strategies that created revenue growth through new lines of revenue and high-quality ROI based products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create the vision, product strategy, and roadmap to ensure the Alight Worklife platform will contribute to Alight's industry and organization transformation.
• Lead with a SaaS/PaaS Cloud, externalization, and data-driven mindset driving the continuous delivery of value to all current and future Alight Worklife ecosystem customers.
• Develop a compelling product roadmap that is based on customer needs, strategic opportunities, and competitive analysis
• Define SLOs & KPIs for Alight Worklife platform for internal and external based on Alight's SLAs.
• Provide oversight for prioritization tradeoffs and influence other product & engineering organizational prioritization.
• Partner closely with design and engineering leadership and teams
• Coach and mentor product managers and product owners within your team and across the product organization
• Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
• Establish reporting, metrics and benchmarks to ensure value recognition and future value creation is visible.
• Navigate a complex organization to build relationships and influence strategic initiatives.
• Eliminate barriers requiring limited escalations to get things done
• Adjust with rapid change in business needs, processes and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in product strategy and product management at platform companies that have a track record of revenue growth with a platform strategy.
• Great presenter and communicator to inspire why the platform is important to Alight's success.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply to new opportunities
• Experience managing at all levels, including mentoring and coaching individual contributors on best practices, technical architecture, and other complex technical challenges.
• Ability to lead at the strategic level and manage in the details at tactical levels as needed to consistently meet or exceed planned objectives.
• Exceptional judgment and quick decision-making skills. Able to weigh multiple, sometimes conflicting points of view and drive a decision without over-analysis.
• Experienced in agile product development and DevOps principles and frameworks. Experience transitioning an organization from traditional practices to agile methodologies.
