Event staff members are responsible for working as a team, as well as solo, to ensure that events run smoothly and the participants and crowd are content and happy. They assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of the event, and job duties may change depending on areas of need.

ALL Event Staff responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in following the Banquet Event Order in set-up of tables, chairs, linen and minimal decoration
• Execution of the Pull List
• Ensuring the event space flooring and bussing areas are clean and prepared for the next event
• Operation of lighting in correspondence with the Banquet Event Order
• Service of catering items by buffet style to event guests
• Clearing tables of plates, silverware and glasses throughout the event to ensure maximum comfortability of guests
• Maintaining excellent levels of customer service ( Minimal contact )
• Clean-up of all tables, chairs, linen, plates, glasses and minimal decoration

Upon verification of 21 and additional bartender training:

• Operating cash registers and POS system
• Creation of event cocktails, pouring wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages
• Set-up of bartender stations prior to each event and returning the area to a clean slate upon conclusion of the event
• Maintaining superior levels of customer service ( Maximum contact )

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and a desire to help where needed
• Ability to work solo and as a part of a group/team
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• High school diploma/GED

Part-time, Flexible, Weekday & Weekends. You can always say no to a shift!

Pay: $14.00 per hour
