Alexandria Moulding is looking for a talented and results driven Second Shift Distribution Supervisor. The ideal candidate should have experience organizing work groups, coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring customer quality compliance. The Distribution Supervisor will be excited about guiding, training, and supporting their team members and is highly motivated to help our company fulfill its larger mission. • Assertively seek solutions to problems at the root level. • Ensure warehouse operations comply with federal, state, local, and company guidelines. • Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and housekeeping meets operational standards. • Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination.

Skills and Qualifications: • 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role, or degree equivalent. • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability. • Experience inspiring and motivating a team, leveraging strengths, executing a strategy, advancing a business, and developing self/others. • Strong communication and leaderships skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

• Support the team. Ability to work overtime, as required, based on business needs. • Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
