Part-Time - 20 hours per week

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanor.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Process transactions efficiently and handle returns
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels

Skills:

- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to sell products and services persuasively
- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and concerns
- Capability in upselling techniques to boost sales
- Previous experience in a grocery store setting is beneficial
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions

Pay: $12.00 - $13.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
