TITLE: Medical Receptionist - English/Spanish Fluency

HOURS: Part-time, 20-26 hours per week

PAY: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Collect and update accurate patient information, observing patient confidentiality guidelines.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals via fax, phone, and email to facilitate seamless care coordination.
• Complete general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, scanning, and managing office supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• REQUIRED: Fluency in both Spanish and English
• PREFERRED: Experience in a medical office setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately and professionally with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and observing HIPAA regulations.
