Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to on-call hospice needs with unwavering dedication and empathy
• Utilize your expertise to provide exceptional patient care and symptom management, offering comfort and solace in the midst of difficult but significant moments
• Collaborate wholeheartedly with our supportive and customer-centric team to deliver individualized services tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Embrace Christian principles, embodying compassion, respect, and dignity in every interaction with patients, their families, and fellow team members
• Champion teamwork, fostering an environment where every contribution is valued, and together, we create an oasis of care and healing

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current RN License in the state of Texas
• Valid Texas Driver's license and Automobile Liability Insurance
• A minimum of 3 years of RN experience in hospice care, with 5 years preferred
• Physical resilience to handle light to moderate loads and occasional heavier lifting

Schedule:

Your dedication and commitment will shine through as you fulfill the 7-On-7-Off On-Call Hospice RN role, working from 5 pm on Friday until 8 am on Monday, followed by 5 pm to 8 am on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
