Job Description: Luxury Homes and Villa House Cleaning

Position Overview:

Locally owned and operated, 20 years in business. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team of House Cleaners. When joining our team you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our high-end residential clients. You will ensure that each client's home is meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing, in accordance with the specific requirements of each client.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other rooms in clients' homes.
3. Handle delicate and valuable items with care, ensuring they are cleaned and maintained according to the clients' preferences.
4. Follow specific instructions and guidelines provided by clients regarding cleaning products, techniques, and areas of focus.
5. Organize and declutter spaces, including closets, cabinets, and storage areas.
6. Change bed linens and make beds to the highest standard.
7. Clean and maintain appliances, fixtures, and surfaces, such as countertops, sinks, and stovetops.
8. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly maintained and stored.
9. Report any damages or maintenance issues observed in clients' homes to the appropriate supervisor.
10. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment for clients and staff.
11. Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.
12. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from clients in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a house cleaner or in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential setting. Willing to train the right individuals.
2. Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality results.
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to complete tasks within the given timeframe.
5. Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to handle delicate and valuable items with care.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
8. Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays, as per clients' schedules and demands.
9. Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and the ability to follow them diligently.
10. High level of integrity and respect for clients' privacy and confidentiality.
11. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
