**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beertender to join our team at Alestone Brewery. As a Beertender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while serving a variety of craft beers in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Educate customers on different beer styles, flavors, and brewing techniques

- Pour and serve beers accurately and efficiently

- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with proficiency

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed

- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in the food industry, hospitality, bartending, or related field preferred

- Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Knowledge of craft beer styles and brewing processes is a plus

- Familiarity with SkyTab POS or similar systems is advantageous

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
