Jr. Business Analyst --Please note --This is for the State of Illinois.
Project Name: Data Correction for HCM
Project Description: Correct data errors in the data load of the HCM project.
Start Date: 4/1/2024
Location: Remote/ Must be able to come to Springfield, IL for meetings with 24-hour notice.

- Possess a deep understanding of SAP Success Factors.
- Gain understanding of the current mainframe legacy system and assist in converting the department to the SAP Success Factors.
- Gaining an understanding of requirements.
- Documenting processes/work flows to help in the training and migration to the new workflows of new systems.
- Data entry into multiple systems.
Additional Requirements
- Previous experience with SAP Success Factors.
- Must understand and be able to supplement documentation on Business Process Redesign work previously done.
- Must be able to come to Springfield, IL for meetings with 24-hour notice.
- Background Check required.
